Hello, I'm Sonia Cervantes Vazquez, and I recently navigated the dynamic world of digital marketing while also actively contributing to youth development programs. My journey included two pivotal roles: I was immersed in a 16-week apprenticeship program at COOP Careers, specializing in SEO writing and SEM Ads. My journey there involved accumulating approximately 200 hours of hands-on instruction, which deepened my expertise in digital marketing platforms and enhanced my communication and presentation skills. In tandem with my digital marketing pursuits, I served as a Program Specialist at the City of Santa Maria Youth Center. In this role, I wore multiple hats: co-advising Key Club and STEAM Club, representing the center at teen-centric events, and leading efforts to recruit girls into our programs. Upholding the values of our organization and delivering top-tier customer service was a cornerstone of my role. This dual professional journey reflects my commitment to personal and community growth, where I actively engage with diverse audiences, contribute to program excellence, and deepen my digital marketing expertise. As I deepen my expertise through hands-on experience, I am eager to transition into a role where I could contribute effectively to digital marketing initiatives. Open to new challenges and collaborations, I look forward to leveraging my skills for success in the dynamic landscape of digital marketing.
