I’m a customer oriented person, whom, within the rules of the organisation, always wants to do the best for the client. I have eye for detail and I know how to structure my work to work as efficient as possible. Im a social person and by nature I love to help people. I’m eager to learn and I get energy out of new challenges. I can do multiple tasks at one time and I’m flexible. I’m a loyal employer, who is open and honest. In this position I work with elderly people that live in a group in a nursing home, all have different stages of dementia. I make sure they feel comfortable, providing companionship and social interaction to prevent clients from feeling isolated. I provide support, encouragement by engaging clients in activities, such as playing games, taking walks or having conversations.
I’ve worked here as a pier agent. My position was greeting the guests, computerized pier check-in, reviews and verify validity of all travel documents presented by guests for check-in, answer general questions in an accurate manner, working effectively in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment in front of large groups. It was a very international orientated job, where I’ve worked with a lot of different cultures.
I was the link between the clients and the customer service department. I handled with questions around logistics and I coordinated a team of customer service employees. I was also in charge of developing a new department and team in Rumania.
As a customer service representative, I’ve placed orders and I took care that these orders were carried out thoroughly. I was a point of contact for clients of Momentive in Spain and Portugal.
