Hi there, in my current role as a lab test intern at Microsoft, I have learned the importance of manually testing devices as a means of verifying the functionality of its software and hardware. During my internship I have assisted in debugging, troubleshooting, logging hardware and software bugs on Azure DevOps. While being in the security industry I have developed effective communication skills and gained experience in being detail oriented. These skills have helped me work well with others in stressful situations and have helped me practice my critical thinking. In my previous role working at the Seattle Public Library as a student assistant, I gained organizational skills that have been implemented in my daily life. I am passionate about providing customer service and wish to continue doing that in my future career path as a QA engineer. I am currently an emerging professional student at Year Up, on the quality assurance track.
