I am a warranted Acquisition Division Director and Senior Contracting Officer (SCO) at GSA AAS with over 20 years of federal acquisition experience, specializing in high-visibility, mission-critical programs. I have served in three agencies as a director, supervisor, team lead SCO, trainer, price analyst, and business advisor—providing a deep and well-rounded perspective across the acquisition lifecycle. I am an expert in price/cost analysis, source selections, procurement strategy, and navigating complex FAR, DFARS, and GSAM requirements. I am well-familiarized with the FAR Overhaul and recent policy changes, and I am also experienced in non-FAR acquisitions. My primary client is USSOCOM, whom I have proudly supported since 2009.
