Estudié Psicología y desde entonces he trabajado en áreas clave de Capital Humano, desde capacitación y desarrollo organizacional hasta liderar proyectos globales de gestión del cambio. Lo que me mueve es crear conexiones reales entre estrategia y cultura. He implementado iniciativas de transformación en múltiples países, negociando con líderes, adaptando metodologías como TWI y logrando que el cambio no solo se entienda, sino que se viva. Me diferencia mi capacidad de escuchar, traducir necesidades complejas en soluciones simples y lograr que los equipos no solo se alineen… sino que se entusiasmen. Creo en el poder del aprendizaje, en la empatía como motor del cambio y en hacer que cada proyecto deje huella. Leading and creating strategies for the Training Within Industry implementation on the supply chain pain points and projects of commercial areas. Creation and design of TWI next steps to improve people experience and measure ROI impact of the training and certification of front line collaborators. Follow up and training on new LMS plataforms to optimize TWI training and certification experience. Participation as Change Leader in global projects across 5 countries on topics of Respect, DEI, RTM and IT, from the design of the strategy and Change Management KPI's.

Analyze and consolidate the monthly results of the annual training plan to report to the leaders of the Technical School and annual audits. Manage the follow-up of the pilot, replication and decentralization of TWI to 5 countries. Support in the design and monitoring of the standardization of detection of training needs for the 5 countries. Development of strategies and technical content to solve global training needs.
