Project : BT Match Maker (One bill) Details : An end to end solution. Basic aim of the project is to locate revenue for Convergent Solutions using different system tools like CSS, Diplomat and Glossi. Project : PSG LIMS Details : PSG LIMS is a logical inventory management system used by BT for it’s order provisioning & for inventory purpose of all telecom related items. Major tools used like TOAD, Crammer, Citrix. I’m responsible for supplying technical support and customer service. I have to support application software in production for operations of company. Responsible for co-ordination and release planning. Responsibilities • Providing the necessary support to make application running for 24x7 scenarios. For generating various reports for different products we are using TOAD application as a backend & Cramer as a frontend • Preparing Test Pla and designing Test Cases. • Designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting and debugging of the applications. • Analyzing and Updating the Database. • Generating all the reports for different products everyday on hourly basis, dashboard report, raising bridge cases & make it to higher priority & solve it & progressing the orders which are stuck & failed. • Analyzing discrepancies in the bills.
