- Requirement Analysis, Sourcing, Screening and Shortlisting of suitable CV’s. - Sourcing profiles from various recruiting sources like: - Job Portal, Employee Referrals, and LinkedIn, Vendors.Involved in sourcing for mid-entry level and senior level positions. - Interview Co-ordination with Hiring Managers and External Consultants. - Offer Presentation and Joining Formalities. - Stakeholder management including weekly presentations on ramp up progress & future plans. - Employee Referral drives - Posters, ER Mailers - Post offer candidate engagements,
*Sourcing resumes through various channels (Job Portals like naukri, monster, internal references, Database). *Screening Resumes received from various sources on parameters specified by Organization. *Screening the candidates on parameters like communication skills, soft skills in final selection process. *Scheduling & executing candidates meeting with clients. *Organizing Telephonic & face-to-face interviews. *Handling recruitment across all levels viz. Middle level, senior level. *Scheduling interviews of short-listed candidates with clients and taking feedback for the same. *Database Maintenance i.e. methodically updating & maintaining records of no. of candidates selected i.e. offer made, date of joining etc. *Responsible for full hiring cycle - Sourcing, Pre-screening, and end-to-end coordination to bring candidates on board.
