Co-chair with PD the Labor PAT for a respective program. • Lead new model Labor Optimization efforts through benchmarking, target setting, and tracking process change. • Champion the implementation of GSPAS, APT, and eQPS in your respective assembly plant. • Complete the monthly APT assessment for current and future state plans. • Utilize current state assembly plant Cycle Line Layouts to create an optimized new model future • Cycle Line using the Auto Manpower APT Cycle Line Layout Tool. • Integrate Safety, Material, Ergo, Process & Plant Opers req’ts into plant AutoCAD layout. • Work with VO Manufacturing Engineering to identify the total labor impact for all studies.
