In the EMEA R&D department, I took care of the development of Core sparkling brands with a focus on Fanta. - Design new beverage and optimize current portfolio in order to expand pipelines of many markets and bring revenue growth. - Work closely with other departments to bring the best great taste following consumers demands and market trends but also considering countries regulations, quality of products over time and supply chain capabilities. - Adapt prototypes from lab scale to pilot plant and bottlers. - Support supply chain on daily technical questions and find quick solutions. - Conduct experiments to answer technical challenges working closely with suppliers. - Passionate about innovation and way to generate new impactful ideas, I have organized brainstorming session using design thinking method and explore new methods. - Improve working space by designing a new lab for the R&D department and contribute to improve ergonomic.
