• Implementing and administrating all HR policies & procedures guiding the company through a successful HR strategy in Ghana • Managing compliance to all HR and labor issues and leading the performance management system • Promoting and coordinating initiatives to support organizational changes • Driving the achievement of HR results by leveraging resources, developing performance standards and results in planning, and monitoring the department • Improving working environment by implementing employee’s satisfaction barometers, suggesting appropriate events to strengthen sense of belonging, managing employees’ relations, and empowering a strong leadership culture • Develop recruitment strategies and key initiatives to get talent in line with client needs. • Create and update job descriptions for new and existing roles • Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing/candidate generation, interviewing, assessments, presentation, negotiation and onboarding. • Engaging with Technical Heads on their manpower planning or structural changes • Promoting instant feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes • Ensuring that HR practices are aligned with business needs and making recommendations to HR leadership when changes are appropriate
• Co-ordinate implementation of services, policies, & programs through Human Resource staff; reports and advise functional Managers about HR issues • Assess the changing needs and the future strategies of the assigned Business to deliver commercially focused HR solutions and strategies to add-value. • Supporting the other HR functions in cascading of information to BUs and responsible for championing these initiatives of HR at the divisional level • Provide front line coaching and support to employees and line management on all HR related matters as interface between HR and business unit • Implement human resources strategies in the areas of talent acquisition, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention. • Manpower planning, Talent acquisition and overseeing onboarding processes • Accomplish special project results by creating HR plans that will support the business plan
• Processes candidates for interviews. • Prepare offer letters, carry out reference checks, manages confirmation of new employees and collate their relevant details for filling. • Design and coordinate orientation process to integrate new staff into the work place. • Explains Bank’s policies, rules and regulations to staff / Directors. • Monitor and assist to review the company’s salary and benefits structure to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting/retaining staff. • Provide timely and appropriate staff information to the Accounts Department for salary review and administration • Advise management on PAYE, Pension, Welfare and Insurance Schemes • Maintain current records of all staff details with respect to personal information, salary and benefits such as welfare, insurance, pension, medicals etc.
