• Responsible for Recruitment, Selection, Induction and Orientation of new employees. • Prepare and issue Employment Offer Letters & along with the employment forms. • Conduct Assessment & Development centre by processing of End of Probation & End of Contract • Prepare Job Descriptions and Job Specifications. • Maintenance of employee records in accordance with company rules while ensuring legislative compliance. • Assure availability of qualified Human Resources by maintaining quality manpower data bank and establishing contacts with the industry's personnel outside the company and arrange for timely induction of personnel as required. • Assist Head of Department/ Director HR in the Performance Appraisals of employees. • Processing of Separations. • Administer employee(s) salary and benefits program to include Salary processing and management of other employee benefits. • Performance Management. Annual Appraisals. • Ensure employment reference check with follow-ups.
• To prepare the hiring file notes, • Correspondence with concern authorities related to the given tasks, • Preparing employee’s file and ensure to complete, • Prepare interview sets, schedule the interviews, • Record maintaining of the daily activities • To prepare the letters including Employment Offer letter, Probation Extension Letter, Letter of Confirmation, Resignation Acceptance Letter & Termination Letter.
