In this role I act as partner with the Commercial leaders in Belgium to enable the achievement of the business goals through strategic advice, guidance and direction concerning all HR related subjects. In the role I focus on change & transformation, organization development & culture, talent management, team effectiveness and ensuring compliance with all company policies and local law & regulations.
As TR Manager I'm responsible for the execution of the Compensation & Benefits strategy and programs within our North West Europe business unit. Some of my main responsibilities & project: - Roll out of Flexible Rewards program - First point of contact for Benefit policies and insurances - Support, train & coach HR team on making balanced offerpacks - Support HR with data analytics, insights & costing scenarios to support labor relations agenda and union negotiations - Coordinate and execute annual salary planning cycle based on benchmark exercise - Lead the annual Performance Management process - Support of international assignments/Local to Local moves
