Strategically improve the GTM organization's performance. Responsible for supporting the execution of our global in-person and virtual training programs, assisting in the implementation of our e-learning curriculums, and managing sales-specific tools.
Be the backbone of the global Enablement team enabling them to execute scalable onboarding and upskilling programs for various customer facing roles. Support a wide range of projects and manage various operational tasks including organization, planning, coordination, structuring and communication.
Develop content for Onboarding, Ongoing Development, and Operational Excellence across our customer-facing Celonauts (Sales and Customer Success orgs) focused on the program management area. Furthermore, work closely with subject matter experts and the academy instructional designers to produce top quality courses and programs. Audit and refresh best-in-class enablement content, including design review for improved onboardee experience, along with helping to manage, report and maintain compliance for programs and crafting supporting on-point communications and promote sessions.
Support different initiatives within the Product and Engineering organization, develop and improve activities that strengthen the relationship of the employees, and create awareness about relevant topics impacting both departments
