Receptionist in a large hotel with over 500 rooms and a large event area, located in the center of Berlin. Being the first and a lot of the times, the last point of contact that the guests have during their stay in the hotel. That comes with a lot of responsibility and I focused a lot on improving my communicating skills to inform the guest about the hotels different services and what to do in the city in a sufficient way. Being part of a big team and contributing to common goals and objective.
