My journey begins back in 2016, when I started studying Social Policy at Panteion University and understood my need to change the world. 🌍 What’s a better way to do this, than creating a work environment, where people are engaged and satisfied? 🚩Back to my journey, while my university breaks, in summers, I was working as a camp counselor gaining valuable skills such as organization, time management and team leading. I served an internship in Leroy Merlin at the department of Human Resources, dealing with People Development. I distributed with many tasks, such as CV screening, interviews, evaluation questionnaires and personal development plans. During this, I had the opportunity to take initiatives and I suggest creative solutions. 📚When my internship came to an end, I continued my studies in Human Resources Management at Athens University of Economics and Business. Working with different people, especially in a pandemic period, I developed my communication and collaboration skills. 🕵🏼My latest working experience was at "Hiring Solutions" (department of Kariera.gr) as a Recruitment Consultant, helping company - clients meet top talents.
