During two years, 2017-2019, I worked at Delivery Center in Lund as a reviewer and specialist. Before this, I worked as an audit associate at PwC, Stockholm, towards companies in various areas such as real estate, communication and entertainment. I helped companies grow and develop by reviewing and giving recommendations about their control systems, financial reporting procedures, their adherence to regulatory guidelines and the organizational unit performance.
At Malmömässan I had different responsibilities depending on type of event; one weekend I could be in charge of coordinating the wardrobe staff, at another event I was the hostess and at times I worked in the registration desk, all focusing on customer service and logistics.
Focus on customer service.
Responsibilities included supervision and coordination of other staff members as well as high focus on customer experience.
