As a Talent Development Partner, I strive to create an environment where my colleagues at ALTEN can enjoy a great employee experience. We lead project-based initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes across the entire employee journey for all employees at ALTEN.
In this generalist role, my team of four and I oversaw all projects and tasks related to HR and talent development at ALTEN. Additionally, I provided hands-on support to the organization’s managers across all HR functions
The role included responsibility for compensation and benefits, with my primary focus on leading a project to develop a new benefits package.
In this role, I managed weekend operations for the department and led a team of eight. My responsibilities included overseeing complaint resolution for multiple newspapers, handling all aspects of recruitment, scheduling, and staffing, coordinating urgent quality measures, coaching staff, and reporting.
While studying, I worked part-time at Adecco’s recruitment center to gain experience in the recruitment field. My role included conducting research, performing reference checks, conducting phone, in-depth, and group interviews, and managing the selection and distribution of personality tests.
For five years, I worked both full-time and part-time managing subscription services and selling private ads for Göteborgs-Posten. Additionally, I was responsible for handling complaints for multiple newspapers across Western Sweden.
