Main responsibilities: • End-to-end Recruitment of Engineers (Consultants in Software Development, UX, Data Science, IT Management, Cybersecurity) • Talent Management and Organizational Development. • Business Development, Project Management & Business Analysis. Leading projects related to the improvement of Netlight and/or Netlight Growth. For example our internal Business Intelligence tools and process driver for our different Talent Management systems. • In a 20+ people team nationally and 50+ internationally, coaching team members every day in increasing performance and developing into the role. • Coaching Netlighters (for example in our course Genuine Consulting Professionalism) and part of a team building one of our recurring coaching meetups. • External employer branding, student activities at LiTH and mentoring our Student Brand Managers (2018-2020). • During this period, grew into a new consultant level two times internally (Analyst -> Associate Consultant -> Consultant). As a Financial Assistant at SAAB Applied Composites AB my main tasks are ongoing accounting of invoices, review and audit financial statements and reports, and also assist the finance manager in creating financial reports on a regular basis. I work closely with the finance manager of the company, assisting her in managing and processing various accounts and transactions. The finance manager teaches me new things continuously, which makes this position very interesting and developing for me.
