Payments & Cash Management Agile Product Owner in a team consisting of highly motivated and professional developers. I prioritise and manage the product backlog and delivering value through agile product ownership. Core responsibility include the service Swish and other payment flows.
Responsible för developing and improving regulatory reporting.
Responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, as well as continuous optimization of existing products. Changes in the regulatory landscape were part of my coverage. As Product Manager at Euroclear Sweden my main focus was products and services related to domestic and international companies which affiliate and issue financial instruments to reach investors on the Swedish market. One of my accomplishments is introducing a Straight-Through-Processing (STP) solution for affiliation, issuance and de-registration of Exchange Traded Products in the Swedish market (Euroclear Sweden Plug & Clear). The service enables for both clients and Euroclear to cease internal manual processing which has led to reduced costs and reduced operational risks. Improved cut-off times also allow companies to issue much more precise and timely products. I was also responsible for introducing additional Nordic currencies to the service and enabling easier cash management.
Project Manager for products and services related to domestic and international companies and project coordinator during the phase of analysing migration of the Finnish and Swedish CSD systems into one common Euroclear platform.
In between my maternity leave, I worked as Client Executive. I was responsible for affiliating new clients and maintaining client relationship.
Product Manager for Account and Asset Services. Responsible for ensuring that services provided to banks and financial institutions where developed and maintained at high standards.
Project Manager for Issuer Services. Amongst other responsible for managing and successfully finalise the project for outsourcing printout of VPC’s entire data output.
Responsible for producing internal and external marketing material (brochures and Newsletters), as well as for updating the website. In my role I also secured continuous contact with clients related to Account and Asset Services in order to capture their business needs. First half year I worked at VPC’s helpdesk to support banks and financial institutions with product enquiries.
