All my efforts support our company’s vision and mission, goals and strategies and I do so by; * All daily tasks regarding the office, deliveries and office environment * Negation of contracts with all office suppliers * Real estate and information from the landlord * Administrative for support for HR including, absence reporting and the onboarding of new employees * Administrative support for Finance including, invoice management and attest management * Organizing company events such as parties, KickOffs, conferences and After Works * Employer Brand activities and events supporting HR and Marketing * Implementation with Office Related programs and initiatives: On- line booking systems, Conference Call services * Travel Manager
