Dual role combining group-wide culture and leadership strategy with local P&C leadership in Sweden. At group level, responsible for scaling culture and leadership capabilities across markets, driving the Culture & Values agenda and leading our group-wide leadership development program to support rapid growth and business execution. In Sweden, led the People & Culture function and served as member of the Swedish management team, partnering closely with business leaders across the full employee lifecycle — from labour law and engagement to leadership and organisational development.
Member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting to the CEO and leading the Group People strategy. Built and scaled the People function to support rapid growth, embedding leadership capability, culture, performance management and scalable talent acquisition. Owned People due diligence and post-merger integration during M&A, strengthening organisational alignment and governance.
Advisa is a fast growing scaleup fintech company focused on consumer loan broking. Advisa was acquired by Nordic Capital and merged with Sambla to become Sambla Group. Member of the executive team, leading the People & Culture strategy during rapid expansion. Built and scaled the People function, strengthened leadership capability and embedded structures to support performance and engagement across the organisation. Led the People due diligence process in connection with the acquisition by Nordic Capital and the post-merger people integration.
Managing the People- and Office management team including responsibility for setting the strategy and agenda for the team to execute on.
My responsibilities included building and growing the People function along with the expansive growth of Advisa focusing on recruitment, performance, employee engagement, labor law etc. Overall responsible for all People related initiatives including the People team.
Partnered with managers across five offices on the full employee lifecycle, supporting leadership, talent development, recruitment and employee relations. Led growth-focused early-career recruitment initiatives, strengthening the employer brand among engineering students through targeted university partnerships, events and internship programs.
