I am a strategic operations leader with over 10 years of international experience gathered from global brands and leading agencies. As a project manager at heart, I specialise in driving process excellence by working closely with executive leadership to refine end-to-end workflows, currently exploring how generative AI and automation can simplify our day-to-day work.
As the operational lead for the marketing and creative teams, I drive workflow efficiency, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration to support bold, high-impact work that delivers on our ambitious commercial goals. I lead a team of project managers covering product design processes, collaborations, events, creative production, and B2B/B2C marketing. In this newly created role, I’ve focused on optimizing tools and processes, ensuring smooth delivery from concept to execution, and challenging ways of working. As a senior leader within the newly established Marketing and Design Operations department, I drive strategic marketing initiatives and champion operational excellence. I oversee the development and optimization of processes and workflows to ensure efficiency, clarity, and alignment across teams. In this capacity, I lead end-to-end project management for high-impact marketing initiatives, including strategically and commercially significant brand and license collaborations, partnerships, and B2B communications. As part of the Global Marketing leadership team, I led strategic brand and marketing projects to drive the company’s ambitious growth targets. Projects such as managing the highly complex two-year brand refresh, which was successfully launched in August 2023. This milestone involved extensive cross-functional collaboration across global teams, ensuring alignment across design, product, marketing, operations, finance, legal, sales, and external parties to deliver a cohesive and impactful new brand identity across all brand touchpoints, globally. In my role as Global Brand and Product Manager I ensured that our brand and product communications aligned with company strategy and brand platform, and thus enabling exceptional and cohesive customer experiences across all touchpoints for our B2B and D2C audiences. As the marketing representative on the Sustainability Board, I spearheaded key initiatives within the marketing and creative teams, supporting sustainability communications that aligned with our brand values and resonated with diverse audiences.

As the Online Campaign Manager for the site Lekmer.se, I developed great skills in understanding the world of ECOM business, being agile and coming up with creative solutions that maximises sales and exposure. My key responsibilities included: - Being the link between Marketing and Buying in coordinating and planning sales campaigns. - Project management responsibility of campaigns launching correctly and at the right time. - Responsible for the campaign plan and ensuring that it was kept up to date at all times. - Extracting local needs from each from each stakeholder to make sure local adjustments is being made for the markets. - Reviewing campaign results and setting KPIs for future campaigns. - Supporting other functions with Marketing input as and when needed.
Part of the senior Client Services team leading creative and retail strategy development for adidas Originals. Worked closely with the global retail marketing team and channel agencies to project manage global retail toolkits for key campaigns and product launches. Also supported broader strategic initiatives to elevate the adidas Originals brand in retail environments.
As part of a small client service team, I gained a broad experience of planning, developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns and projects to the highest standard for a range of clients and sized projects, including print, digital, social, retail, web, TV and radio. Clients include: The Hepworth, Alpamare Waterpark, Haven, DW Sports, SIG and Anytime Fitness UK.
Reporting to the Account Director, I had responsibility of managing a broad range of full service integrated accounts; delivering on time and on budget for all my clients. Clients included: The Cat's Pyjamas, Anytime Fitness Australia, Massage Envy Australia, Pure Gym, Jewson, Ebuyer. • Successfully managed and delivered a brand identity project for a new Indian street food restaurant in Leeds; "The Cat’s Pyjamas" including visual brand identity, TOV, interior creative direction as well as collateral for social, print and a SquareSpace website. The restaurant has gone from strength to strength and they now have five restaurants under the same branding across Yorkshire. • Managed the creative and digital teams in developing monthly large scale integrated brand building and acquisition campaigns for Anytime Fitness Australia, ensuring all assets were delivered on time and on budget despite the challenging time difference. • Successfully managed the creative, digital and development teams in delivering a responsive WordPress website for the Australian launch of Massage Envy, working to an extremely tight deadline. • Initiated and managed an intern scheme in which I mentored and line-managed a number of interns working within the client services team.
Following a successful internship, I progressed into the role of Account Executive and was part of the core account team working on a number of leisure and hospitality clients. Clients included: LA fitness, Eurocamp and The Man Behind The Curtain • Successfully managed, executed and delivered national acquisition campaigns for LA fitness gyms on a monthly basis. I project-managed a team of copywriters, designers, artworkers and digital marketers to deliver over 90,000 print and digital assets each month. • I gained valuable knowledge of various print processes as well as negotiated costs with key suppliers to increase margin for the business. • Lead monthly status meetings and presented to clients for all my key accounts.
