The Head of Transformation (SCM) is responsible for driving Supply Chain transformation strategy with associated delivery program across several supply chain functions within the organization. The main goal is to boost supply chain performance by developing sustainable, transparent and integrated function from Strategic & Tactical Sourcing, Purchase Order Management, Logistics & Warehouse Management and Supplier Relationship Management. This is achieved through combination of systems implementation, AI & automation development, data management and providing analytical capabilities. The program is managed on the cluster level which consist of 5 entities.
The CDIO is responsible for driving Digital Strategy for Procurement and Finance functions including number of streams: Analytics, Data, Automation and Systems' (Ariba, SAP, Automation, AWS, Snowflake, PowerBI). As CDIO I lead the Digital department (50+) from IT Architecture, IT Portfolio to Delivery and Cybersecurity perspective. The role involves implementing and managing agile methodology to organise the delivery of the Product Teams and using Jira and Confluence to provide transparency. It requires to manage the 3rd party vendors responsible for project delivery, system integrations, infrastructure or application maintenance.
The Head of Business Intelligence & Systems is a senior management position responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to support business decision-making. This role involves managing a Business Intelligence Team (10+) analysts and data scientists (AWS, Snowflake, PowerBI) to gather, analyse, and interpret data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations to the leadership. It includes as well management of the two System Teams (20+) developing SaaS platforms (SAP, SAP Ariba) for end users (5,500) including integration with market places (Amazon, Xerox, Lyreco, Staples, Buck&Hickman)
The Head of Digital Procurement & Payments is responsible for managing the digital transformation of procurement and payment processes. This role involves developing and implementing digital roadmap to streamline procurement and payment operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency in both captive (30+) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) (150+) centres. This includes being Programme Leader for implementing the SAP Ariba and SAP for 6 Operating Companies and integrating that with payment process through banks and Finastra.
The role is accountable for business development of the aerospace supply chain in the EMEA countries according to the business requirements leveraging analytical capabilities.It involves assisting diverse stakeholder groups to achieve overall company goals in the region including sales campaigns and offset support. This includes collaboration with the various groups in all sectors in the EMEA region whilst providing them with accurate,relevant and up to date information about competitor supply chain activity, economic considerations and other factors used in creating and executing effective supply chain strategies. The role started with the vendor level supplier relationships are coordinated to maximise leverage for mutual benefit and leading part of work stream in purchasing transformation programme. It was aimed not only at achieving more than £200m in annualized savings, but also at driving a step change in working methods and supplier relationships in order to make this change sustainable in the future.
The role is defining and implementing the Project Sourcing Strategy in full respect of programme commitments (Metro Budapest, Tramway Istanbul) and within the budget: animating supplier selection, supervising contracts execution of selected suppliers supported by Business Excellence, facilitating co-operation towards financial and timeframe targets of the projects. Coordinating with Commodity Managers definition and implementation of the commodity strategy as regards to project objectives. It requires to develop the complex reporting based on SAP data to follow the progress of delivery and financial results.
The role is enabling the supply chain commodity strategy to be executed in the EMEA region by developing the business relationship with companies around the region. It consist as well with the assessment of the suppliers and creating the library of the potential vendors for the tenders in the region.
