    After the merge with Aizo Group in March 2020, the management named me Lead of HR also for digitalSTROM. In June I officially became the HR Manager for the three branches : eSMART, digitalSTROM and OneSmartControl. The first challenges were about knowing everybody to again the trust and be there reference person, many employees were based in Zürich so I did a trip every two weeks in order to be close to the employees. In total 50 new employees were added to my responsability.
