Responsibilities Responsible for full life cycle recruitment. Team management. Work on various Pharma/Clinical/Non-IT requirements for Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Life Sciences. Experienced in sourcing profiles using search strings for Information Technology and Pharma/Clinical/Scientific requirements. Effectively recruit candidates through Internet research, internal database, cold calling, referrals, social networking, job posting, and other strategies. Submit the candidates formatted resumes on client portals (Fieldglass, Beeline etc.) Short-listing profiles, coordinating with Account Managers and setting up interviews. Rate negotiation & finalizing offers. Prepare reports on recruitment's, unfulfilled requirement, client submittals, End client interviews on daily, weekly and monthly basis Establish strong partnerships with senior managers to align and develop appropriate HR strategies with business unit strategic plan.
