Managed end to end HR processes which includes Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, PMS, Target Linked Incentive scheme for sales force, Annual Budgeting exercise, Strategic initiatives, Manpower study and cost optimization, Statutory compliances, OD, Administration
Headed the entire HR function for one of the Units of ACG Capsules based out of Dahanu. Responsible for entire gamut of HR (TA, TM, OD, L&D, PMS, R&R, Engagement, Comp and Ben, IR,2P settlements, Statutory Compliances) In addition to these responsibilities, had managed another Unit of ACG Group named ARIES Components Manf. Company. Successfully completed the wage settlements, HR support and handled the merger of ARIES. CSR Projects Handled domestic enquiries Standardization of L&D processes across Group Companies and launching of online e learning module Playing crucial role and SPOC for Evolve – an Org. wide OD initiative – co partnered with the external Consultant in designing of workshops for Leadership role, Thomas profiling, assessment tools for new positions, designing integration road maps for new incumbents, Prashikshak- to build the facilitation skill set etc. All these initiatives were designed in house.
