Transformational Healer | Corporate Workshop Facilitator | External Leadership Coach | Clinical Psychologist (PGD) | Neurodiversity & DEIBA Advocate | Intuitive Alchemist ... Sneha Rani Augustine is a Transformational Healer, Corporate Workshop Facilitator, and External Leadership Coach who bridges two rare worlds: over a decade of high‑stakes corporate engineering (ASML, DAF Trucks) and a profound healing journey rooted in clinical psychology, hypnotherapy, and somatic practices. After leading as Department Quality Manager at ASML, graduating cum laude from TU Eindhoven, and earning a Silver Medal at IIT Delhi, Sneha experienced the burnout that so many high‑performers know silently. That crash became her catalyst. She now holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology (9.65 CGPA) and is a certified Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, Spinal Flow Practitioner, and Kundalini guide. What makes Sneha different? She doesn’t just teach resilience from a textbook. She lives it – as a neurodivergent woman (ADHD, autism, giftedness), a mother, an expat, and someone who has walked through trauma and spiritual awakening. Her life is a tapestry of brilliance, resilience, and soulful insight: from engineering to art, from corporate boardrooms to the inner landscapes of shadow work and kundalini energy. Today, Sneha partners with organisations to deliver workshops and keynotes on burnout recovery, neurodiversity at work, trauma‑informed leadership, and emotional regulation. She also offers external 1:1 coaching for leaders and teams, blending Internal Family Systems (IFS), shadow work, and subconscious tools with corporate pragmatism. Her approach is precise, soulful, and no‑bypass. She speaks the language of KPIs and the language of the nervous system – often in the same sentence. Sneha is the founder of Happynut Tree, a sanctuary for reclamation, and a partner at Holistisch Centrum Brabant. She works with companies to build psychologically safe, high‑performing cultures – without burning the people inside them. Her philosophy is simple yet profound: life’s wounds are not weaknesses; they are openings for light, growth, and transformation and neuroscience research is backing this now. As Rumi said: “The wound is where the light enters.” If your organisation is ready to move beyond performative wellness and into real transformation, Sneha is the guide you’ve been looking for.
I help exhausted professionals, neurodivergent individuals, inclusive leaders, and burned‑out teams stop struggling and start thriving. Before this, I was a Department Quality Manager at ASML. Cum Laude engineer. IIT silver medalist. Successful on paper. Empty inside. Not because I failed, but because the version of success I was holding was never mine. I am a pansexual woman of colour. An expat. A mother. Neurodivergent (ADHD, autism, dyslexia, giftedness). I carried too many identities into a corporate container that wasn’t built for someone like me. I wasn’t broken. I was in the wrong room. This helped me get diagnosed. It helped me see that I was playing small in a system that would never let me be whole. So I stopped performing. I started integrating. I completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology (9.65 CGPA). I trained in hypnotherapy, NLP, spinal flow, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, drama therapy, past life regression, and more. I embody authenticity not a goal, a permission. I healed slowly, intentionally, in my feminine time. Now I am a Transformational Healer. For individuals & couples – 1:1 healing, shadow work, IFS, hypnotherapy, somatic release. For organizations – external coaching, keynotes, custom workshops (burnout, neurodiversity, identity resilience). For the curious – free resources (grounding practice, Mud/Shadow/Fire guide). Research on occupational burnout and identity persistence shows that recovery requires more than rest , it requires reintegration. That is what I offer. I now have a physical sanctuary right next to ASML , steps from my old corporate life, but a world away. I also work online with clients everywhere. If you are in your own dark night, if the old you is dying and you don’t know what comes next then, you don’t have to do it alone. 👉 I want to heal – 1:1 or couples 👉 I want to bring this to my team – coaching, workshops, keynotes With healing love, Sneha 🌿
Multimodal Transformational Healer & Hypnotherapist Partner at Holistisch Centrum Brabant “The wound is where the Light enters.” — Rumi My journey began in a world of structure and achievement; as a Department Quality Manager at ASML, recognized at DAF Trucks, and graduating cum laude from TU Eindhoven after excelling in engineering in India. While I mastered systems and measurable success, a deeper calling quietly emerged. Twelve years ago, I moved from India to the Netherlands as a trailing spouse; an experience that reshaped my identity. Becoming a mother to a neurodivergent child, rebuilding my sense of self, and transforming my marriage into a space of healing and growth became my true initiation. In that space, I began to listen; not just to the mind, but to the soul. What feels most sacred now is this: I once arrived at Holistisch Centrum Brabant as a client; seeking healing, searching for answers. Today, I stand here as a partner. A living reminder that healing is real, transformation is possible, and life moves in ways the mind cannot always predict. Today, I work as a certified Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, Trauma-Informed Coach (ICF/EMCC), and Spinal Flow Practitioner. I have completed my studies in Clinical Psychology and integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic healing, and Kundalini energy work. While I stepped away from formal Yoga Teacher training, I continue as a Kundalini guide; rooted in embodied practice. My work bridges science and spirituality; combining psychology, nervous system regulation, shadow work, and Past Life Regression with the wisdom of ancient Indian traditions. As someone who is neurodivergent; ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and giftedness, I hold space for both children and adults navigating burnout, overwhelm, and awakening. My approach is intuitive and grounded; meeting each person where they are. Healing, to me, is a remembering; a return to the wholeness that was never lost.
Define success? Define life? Define you? Some questions to start with while exploring this journey of life. Start with quantum physics or with spirituality or even from your rock bottom… and then you’ll know who you are and what success is for you Transforming the gooey caterpillar that I am to a fully formed butterfly ready to thrive, using the modalities I would offer my own clients…
