Develop and implement purchasing policies, procedures, and strategies. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and quality. Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and budget. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other essential data. Build and maintain long-term relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers. Collaborate with internal departments (production, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure timely procurement of required materials.
Coordinar y dar seguimiento a operaciones de importación y exportación. Elaborar, revisar y gestionar la documentación requerida para trámites aduanales y de comercio exterior. Negociar y coordinar con agentes de carga, navieras, aerolíneas, transportistas y agentes aduanales. Controlar y dar seguimiento al estatus de embarques internacionales. Asegurar el cumplimiento de regulaciones aduaneras, tratados internacionales y normativas legales.
Assemble, calibrate the interior parts of the trains by reading and interpreting electrical diagrams, technical manuals, and schematics. Use diagnostic tools, meters, and equipment to troubleshoot issues. Ensure all work complies with safety codes, regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and parts used. Collaborate with mechanical and technical teams to support production and operations. Recommend improvements or modifications to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
