The Behavioral Education Manager develops and implements educational programs that support all facility staff in their understanding of the cognitive, behavioral, cultural, historical, and gender profiles of the persons served as well as associated supportive interventions. The Behavioral Education Manager also helps in the supervision of Program and Rehabilitation staff by providing therapeutic and behavioral guidance and assists the clinical team in maintaining the mission and core values of the program. This position requires the ability and desire to work with a diverse group of individuals in a respectful and professional manner.
