My focus at GitLab is Enterprise AI: turning the potential of AI into practical, scalable outcomes across the business, while supporting a team that includes AI Engineers building and applying these capabilities in meaningful ways. Over nearly 20 years, I’ve built my career across software development, technical pre-sales, and leadership roles, always centred on one core belief: technology matters most when it solves real problems and creates measurable value. My background in Solutions Architecture gave me a strong foundation in technical strategy, customer engagement, and business value. It also shaped how I think about AI today. I’m less interested in hype and more interested in useful outcomes: improving how teams access knowledge, make decisions, reduce friction, and work more effectively. I’m especially interested in the intersection of AI, organisational flow, and business execution — how the right combination of technology, systems, and people can create clarity, speed, and better results. As a leader, I care deeply about building high-trust teams, developing talent, and creating environments where curiosity, experimentation, and accountability can thrive.
I lead the Enterprise AI team at GitLab, driving the company's internal AI strategy and adoption. This includes developing our enterprise AI roadmap, leading a team of engineers to build and deploy solutions, and partnering across R&D, Go-To-Market, and other teams to embed AI into how we work. A key part of the role is being "Customer Zero" for GitLab's own AI offerings, showcasing what our platform can do. Beyond the technical work, I'm responsible for enablement, governance, and ensuring our AI investments deliver measurable business outcomes. My approach is straightforward: understand the data and the outcomes you're trying to achieve before getting caught up in technical capabilities.
As the Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture at GitLab, I steer a top-tier technical pre-sales team across diverse markets to champion the convergence of development, security, and operations. My role is to amplify our capacity as trusted advisors, delivering robust, innovative solutions that drive significant value for global enterprises. I lead by example to foster a culture where ingenuity is nurtured, collaboration is paramount, and the "Everyone Can Contribute" ethos is embodied in our daily work.
