Main responsibilities: - KPI metrics (setup/monitoring/improving) in the SC department and with the 3PL supplier; - have built partnership with logistics service providers (packaging/warehousing/transportation); - close cooperation with indirect procurement on optimising transportation & warehousing costs; - have led an implementation of an integrated tool, based on BAAN ERP system; - coordination of cross-functional meetings & reporting to the VP level within Ops/Engineering/Proc/SC in order to mitigate risks of delivery to final customer; As a temporary assignment, additional to Supply Chain Coordinator's role: for 5 month was responsible for the supply chain team of 38 with 25 direct reports, including both white collar (logistics project planning team) and blue collar employees (inbound, manufacturing warehouses and outbound).
Sep 2017 - Feb 2018, Technical Project Manager, based in Katowice (PL) Co-leading all daily activities related to two international projects: ‘HoekseLijn’ in the Netherlands and ‘Transfer of knowledge’ from Germany. Includes leading stand-up meetings and coordinating activities of hardware and software teams, supervising projects’ progress and budget. In addition to this, I was a person leading Change Control Board meetings for both of those projects. Mar 2018 - Aug 2018, Sales & Bids Manager, based in Amsterdam (NL) Have prepared and delivered pre-qualification documents for a wayside brownfield project ( >5m EUR), including co-managing of the intentional bid team (4 sites), preparing bid budgets & resource planning. Additionally, was leading preparation for an audit of CO2 ladder (skao.nl) in Bombardier Transportation Netherlands and coordinating 2018 cost reduction programme. Sep 2018 - Feb 2019, Supply Chain Coordinator, based in Katowice (PL) Have led warehouse outsourcing to 3PL companies in PL (full circle: RFQ to agreement closure) and the UK (RFQ phase), in close cooperation with indirect procurement on optimising transportation & warehouse costs;
Working with professors Mr. Turki Sadok and Mr. Zied Hajej on a scientific project "Maintenance management for laundry facility in hospital supply chain taking into account a transportation delay".
LLC «Brooklyn-Kiev Port» (BKP) is an operator of a container terminal. This internship primarily took place in a stevedore department. Assisting with calculations needed for loading/unloading vessels, resource planning of the container terminal, etc.
The staff of Maersk Odessa gave an overview of import/export, S&OP department, etc.
