30 years of professional experience, including 20 years in the Luxury sector, in the positions of Group Financial Director and Deputy General Manager, whether in listed groups (RICHEMONT, BIC, TARSUS, CONDENAST), in a family group (JENNYFER) or in companies under LBO. Graduated from DAUPHINE and SCIENCES PO Paris, I completed my financial training with 4 years of auditing in an Anglo-Saxon firm (PwC). After fifteen years of Group Financial Management, mainly in the Luxury sector with international exposure, over the past seven years I have held the position of CEO. - At CONDE NAST France where I managed Finance, HR, Legal, Information Systems and General Services in a context of crisis and the necessary transformation of the Company's activity and the digitalization of businesses . - In an industrial group manufacturing and distributing implantable medical devices internationally (SEBBIN Group) where as DGA, I accompanied the restructuring in particular by deploying a new BI, working on commercial optimization, on Industrial unit costs and by deploying Production monitoring dashboards. Previously Group Financial Director of CHLOE, I had the opportunity to support the strong international development of a luxury brand (turnover multiplied by 10 in 5 years) by working on both the business plan and the organization and structuring of Finance, Management Control and Information Systems in France and abroad and on the optimization of performance (implementation of CSP, organization of the accounting department, structuring of a management control, deployment of new performance indicators, optimization of the group's structure, etc.) In charge of Information Systems, I initiated and ensured the management of ERP transformation and change projects as well as the development of associated processes related to operations. I also worked on debt restructuring and mobilized the Management Committee on WCR optimization and a Cash culture. The optimization of performance with a very operational dimension, the management of transformation, especially digital, are today at the heart of my skills and motivations. On the sector level, I have an excellent knowledge of the development levers of a luxury brand internationally and a strong expertise in issues related to selective distribution and Retail.
