Sloan Welsch is Brooklyn based audio engineer and mixer. A graduate of The Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University. In 2021, Sloan gained a degree in Audio Engineering and Sound Production. After graduation, Sloan started work at the historic Cutting Room Studios in NYC. Over time. he rose the ranks from intern to house engineer. While at the Cutting Room, Sloan has built his versatility while working in the world of post production. He has worked on projects such as The White Lotus, Big Mouth, and Scott Pilgrim Takes Off. He has also been lucky enough to work with Grammy Award winning artists like Ed Sheeran, J.Cole, and Fred again. In 2024 Sloan worked on K’naan’s song "Refugee", that won the Honorary Grammy Award for "Best Song for Social Change".’
