Identifies recruits and instructs students deemed to have a high degree of difficulty of being promoted into the next grade level, achieving graduation, and/or making a successful transition from school to a career with advancement opportunities. The Specialist is responsible for fully implementing the JAG Model in an assigned school and achieving process standards and performance goals. Essential Functions Provides appropriate curriculum and ensures students achieve specific JAG competencies through classroom instruction; teaches through a variety of methods including lecture, hands-on activities, and team teaching; tailors the program and teaching methods for the needs of each specific student, and implements an intervention strategy for each individual using an Individualized Development Plan
Plan and develop with the family an individualized program establishing a caring professional relationship and climate of mutual trust and respect for families. Incorporate a strengths base approach supporting positive parent-child bonding and nurturing parent-child relationships. Work with parents to strengthen the family's knowledge of child development; help parents to understand how children grow and learn; plan and conduct educational activities with parents to meet the child's intellectual, physical, emotional, and social needs with curricula set forth by the agency.
The ERSEA Specialist is responsible and accountable for the overall development, implementation, and coordination of Recruitment, Selection, and Enrollment activities throughout the EHS program ensuring that the program is 100% enrolled at all times. Develop and foster productive working relationships with community agencies/programs that provide referrals and supports for EHS families. Ensure maintenance of an up to date community mailing list for purposes of recruitment. Coordinate a continual family outreach and recruitment process, including recruitment of children with disabilities. Provide ERSEA training, education and support to staff who have been identified as key players in any ERSEA area. Ensure accuracy of child data base information related to ERSEA. Maintain and monitor child selection process. Ensures a system for monitoring and analyzing program-wide attendance and drops.

As a Customer Account Executive I answered incoming calls for customers looking to set up new services for TV/Internet/Phone. I assisted customers looking to add more channels, upgrade internet or add equipment to their account. I answered billing questions and explained various questions about the bill. such as the pro-rated charges that appeared when changes were made to the account. And finally, I also assisted with minor technical support.
