I specialize in building the systems, processes, and tooling that allow hiring teams to scale- not just filling roles, but constructing the infrastructure around them. I bring 7+ years of recruiting experience across both early and late stage startups, hiring across all functions and levels. While I started in technical recruiting, I've spent most of my career as the first hire into a function, building processes, selecting tooling, and creating the operational frameworks that let teams actually run. My focus has grown beyond hiring itself into the broader systems that support people operations long-term. I love being able to connect people with their own passion and creating the best working environment/career growth path for all employees. We give so much to our work, I think it's important to foster an environment that makes people feel valued. I have been involved in setting up recognition programs, team-building activities, and spearheaded initiatives to improve employer branding, DEI, and employee retention. I'm most useful in the messy early stages, where the playbook hasn't been written yet and someone needs to turn ambiguity into structure. When I'm not working, I enjoy all things food- whether it's trying out a new recipe, finding the perfect wine pairing, or putting together a killer cheese board. Outside of work, my Excel skills are used to keep track of various cities I've travelled to and all of the restaurants I've visited/want to visit. Who says data can't be delicious?
