• Responsible for overall delivery/support of SAP Treasury module, SWIFT connectivity, Exchange Rates information • Keen on customer service and partnership development by building strong partnerships with peers within and across the organization • Resource management • Partnering with Treasury business teams in defining product roadmaps and executing business initiatives • Ensure daily wire payment, investment processes for US, CA, MX, CAM markets • Supervise a team of associates and consultants • Mentor and develop junior associates across the division • Manage budget for Treasury product area
Responsible for the overall delivery of SAP Treasury module to Mexico, Central America Treasury business units • Monitoring, controlling program budget and reviewing results monthly with Program Director/Advisory Council • Managing Risks and Issues at the program level • Liaison between WM Technology groups and Mexico, Central America treasury business units • Ensuring bank connectivity is established using SWIFT network for Mexico's 5 banks, Central America's 6 banks • Working with Development, Functional, BASIS, Security, Integration, Training & Communication teams, and other Infrastructure teams in ensuring deliveries are met • Guiding Scrum teams in resolving impediments; Resource Management • Monitoring competing projects and mitigating to minimize impact on treasury implementation • Facilitating monthly advisory council meetings and providing status updates • Partnering with e5/Serrala solutions team that specialize in SAP treasury modules • Contract negotiations, executions
