Skip Hulett currently serves as Chief Legal Officer for Texas based NatureSweet®, the leading snacking tomato producer and brand in North America. As a vertically integrated company committed to the well-being of its employees, NatureSweet produces greenhouse grown tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers in both the United States and Mexico. NatureSweet products can be found at retailers in all 50 states. NatureSweet is best known by consumers for the Cherub® and Glory® lines. Prior to joining NatureSweet, Skip distinguished himself as chief legal counsel of fast-growing entrepreneurial companies, state district court judge, and founder of a successful law firm. As a young lawyer, Skip was appointed by the Governor of Texas to complete a term as a State District Court Judge. Since joining NatureSweet in May 2018, Skip has been active in the produce industry, including the U.S. Policy Committee for the International Fresh Produce Association (IFPA), the board of directors for the CEA Alliance as well as the Border Trade Alliance (BTA) and is a founding member of the Organic Produce Association (OPA). Skip attended Lamar University and Texas Tech School of Law. He is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas as well as the Association of Corporate Counsel.

Appointed by Former President George W. Bush, while Governor of Texas, as judge for 317th State District Court to complete a term of a retiring judge.
