Humble beginnings in 2010 set me on a path to where there was no turning back from.Being a entrepreneur and being self employed in a volatile economy is definitely not for the faint hearted. And boy have there been challenges and obstacles.I have been God blessed and fortunate along the way.But my greatest mentor has been my mistakes and there has been a few. I started originally in Mining / Construction which I will admit was great but as times changed we had to adapt. And so did the business. 2016 saw us move into Manufacturing (FMCG) and also temp labour hire. Skilltech Labour was born now called Shesha Shifters . This is not just the business of selling people's skills , but the actually understanding the candidate and what is important to them.
