As a senior academic and psychologist, I bring over four decades of experience designing and delivering impactful education—particularly in business, leadership, and strategy—across diverse, international settings. Currently serving as Chief Academic Officer at IBEA Educational Group in Spain, I develop innovative curricula, enhance learning outcomes, and lead change. I specialize in online, blended teaching and on campus teaching, curriculum design, and program leadership at undergraduate, master’s and doctorate levels—particularly in areas such as international business, leadership, inclusion etc. I’m deeply committed to making learning accessible, inclusive, and human-centered.
