Experienced operations and supply chain leader with a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects involving logistics, planning, and execution. Skilled at coordinating efforts across engineering, material planning, and deployment operations to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery. Adept at leading large teams—over 60 personnel—with a focus on performance, accountability, and maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented mindset under pressure and tight deadlines. Education and culture is always at the forefront of every interaction and seeking first to understand when things go wrong is a golden rule I live by. If your people aren't happy and don't have a strong leader, they will not work to their full potential and overall create a workforce with a high churn rate and low productivity.
Coordinate production operations, acting as the central link between technicians, inventory/warehouse teams, and supply chain planning. Responsible for planning and releasing work orders across multiple product models, ensuring a balanced flow of new production units and RMAs to meet delivery commitments. I partner with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks, optimize material availability, and maintain balanced throughput. Providing regular reporting on production performance and metrics to leadership, driving visibility and accountability is also a key part of my job. Since starting, I've supported successful delivery of tens of millions of dollars in equipment while ensuring compliance with quality and customer requirements.
I managed and directed a team of up to 60+ employees depending on volume. My main areas of focus for processing and packaging were ensuring a high quality product that is legal and safe and produced with the utmost care. Throughout my time at PepsiCo my main area of focus was around improving our packaging infrastructure with a highlight on our seals and holds performance. I lead with my heart and had a great relationship with my team which leads to great culture and a sense of ownership on the floor. Notable Achievements: I was able to decrease our holds frequency substantially, introduced practical R&R programs for high performance, invented systems for tracking our hardware and uptime more effectively, helped score a placing in the top 3 for our QAS audit for 2024 and achieved no findings in OSHA programs I managed during our GEHMS audits. Additionally, improved Consumer Complaint rankings from last in NA to #16/38. My time with Pepsi came to an end after a rough 2025 occurred for the company, closing our site in liberty NY along with others throughout North America.
