Key Responsibilities: • Take-On and Handover: Captured new building information in MDA, including setup of property, owner, and tenant details, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company standards. • Financial Management: o Monitored rental payments and managed rental debtors in accordance with company debtor management policies. o Processed recoverable charges (utilities, maintenance) and verified, processed, and paid creditor invoices, including those from municipalities and utility providers. o Conducted monthly bank reconciliations, managed VAT payments, and supported month-end financial reporting. • Budgets: o Prepared and reforecasted monthly budgets, ensuring timely updates, recalculations, and uploads between the 6th and 12th of each month. o Compiled projected budget reports by the 6th of each month for review and approval by the Property Manager. • Owner Statements and Payments: o Closed and generated owner statements for the previous month before 09h00 on the 6th of each month. o Calculated owner payouts and distributed statements with supporting paid invoices. • Management Reporting: o Prepared Trial Balance, Rent Roll, Utility Costing, and Owner Statements before the 7th of each month. o Generated detailed management reports for each property by the 17th, ensuring on-time submission to property owners. • Lease Administration: o Managed the full lease administration process, including the preparation and distribution of application forms and lease documentation. o Ensured timely return of signed agreements and verified compliance with POPI standards during credit assessments via TPN. o Secured Property Manager approval for tenant creditworthiness and captured all lease details on MDA, verifying lease schedules against executed agreements. • Operational Support: o Ensured recoveries were accurately loaded as per lease agreements. o Updated market rentals on MDA by the 25th of each month.

As a JHL site manager I was required to manage the activities of the Rodeon JHL hockey venue during the JHL tournament. I was required to ensure that games run according to schedule, manage the site staff and ensure that all umpires and tech table officials are present during the tournament.
