A dedicated HR Administrator with 4 year in depth knowledge of HR . Ability to use HR systems to collect and store data in an organization and carefully manage HR data. Serve as a system administrator for HR systems and applications ensuring security, end-user access, and data integrity across all HR platforms. Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for the system used in the organization SageX3, Neptune E-recruitment system, Torque, Exit interview systems, Onboarding System, Gartner. Adapth in maintaining the systems, implementing(processes) improvements, insuring data quality, analyzing and reporting on the data in the HRIS. Bring forth a positive attitude and strong work ethics.
