Ensure compliance with MHSA requirements, engineering standards, and safe work procedures. Coordination of maintenance activities to optimise equipment availability and reduce downtime. Improving equipment reliability through fault finding, failure investigations, and root cause analysis (RCFA). Managing contractors to ensure work is executed in compliance with technical standards and specifications.
Coordination of Engineering projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budget requirements. Monitoring of project progress, costs, and performance, reporting variances and recommending corrective actions. Supporting of capital project planning, documentation, and scheduling. Liaising with stakeholders, contractors, and engineering teams to ensure effective project execution.
Installation and maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical Equipment and Machinery. Ensure compliance with the MHSA Law, Code of Practices and Standard Operating Procedures to maintain safety in the workplace. Acting on the position of Foreman, Supervisor, General Engineering Supervisor and Engineer. Supervision of maintenance teams and Engineering activities. Failure Mode , Effects and Criticality Analyisis (FMECA).
Installation and maintenance of Electrical and Instrumentation Equipment and Machinery. Installation and maintenance of electrical systems, motors drives and switchgear. Calibration of sensors and actuators. Installation of As-i and ProfiBus network and related components. Electrical systems fault-finding and root cause analysis. Basic PLC programming.
Facilitation of National Diploma Electrical Engineering Practicals and Practical Assessments. Invigilation during tests and assessments.
