About

I'm a PhD Candidate in Public Health Sciences at the University of Toronto, focusing on how social, cultural, and structural processes shape ageing and health. My doctoral research explores how loneliness and isolation in later life is experienced and addressed in Singapore. Before my dissertation work, I have drawn on various qualitative methods to examine older adults' experiences of transitional care, digital technology, senior learning, and the implementation of community care programmes.
