● Spearheading the transition from prototype to mass production for electric vehicle assembly lines. ● Designed and implemented Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), PFMEA, Quality Control Process Charts (QCPC) for new EV models. ● Supported design validation for belt tensioning and swingarm assemblies in collaboration with R&D. ● Responsible for FPDR1–3, PPAP documentation, and process validation activities. ● Planned, installed, and commissioned EV assembly facilities including chassis dyno, gauges, and fixtures. ● Developed and introduced primary and chassis gauges, reducing FARO inspection costs by ₹2 lakhs per month. ● Implemented failure prevention and process control systems to ensure zero-defect builds during pilot and production stages. ● Handled all supplier interactions independently, managing the complete cycle from RFQ preparation to installation and commissioning (I&C) of all equipment and fixtures. ● Installed and proved out vehicle assembly conveyor system, achieving a production capacity of 150 units per shift. ● Prepared RFQs, finalized vendors, and oversaw installation and commissioning of SPMs and sub-assembly fixtures across the entire vehicle assembly line. ● Supported the in-house Brake Oil Filling Machine project during installation and commissioning phases. ● Collaborated with cross-functional teams to achieve on-time vehicle launch (River Indie) with full process readiness.
● Supported EV and ICE vehicle assembly line development (models: River Indie, iQube, Jupiter 125). ● Prepared and maintained PFD, PFMEA, QCPC, and Control Plans for new product introductions. ● Conducted brainstorming sessions and process control identification for continuous improvement. ● Managed supplier selection, RFQ preparation, and techno-commercial evaluations for tooling and fixtures. ● Performed line balancing and time studies using AVIX to achieve takt time compliance. ● Improved process capability through Cp, Cpk, Pp, and Ppk analysis as per MOT targets. ● Executed EOL (End-of-Line) Dyno Testing process setup to eliminate manual road testing for EV iQube. ● Installed and validated assembly lines, fixtures, and testing facilities for both EV and ICE products. ● Drove improvements in direct pass percentage and rework reduction through process standardization.
