I've spent the last 11 years helping teams make sense of their data and actually do something with it. Right now I'm at ServiceNow, where I work on finance and business analytics building dashboards, data models, and reporting systems that teams in finance, HR, and operations rely on every day. A lot of my work is about taking messy, scattered data and turning it into something clean, trustworthy, and useful. Some things I'm proud of: we've saved 10,000+ hours of manual reporting work through automation, cut the time it takes leadership to get answers from days to hours, and built out a full finance data platform on Snowflake that's now the backbone of how the business tracks performance. I'm comfortable going deep on the technical side SQL, Power BI, Tableau, ETL, data modelling but I also spend a lot of time working with stakeholders, running Agile sprints, and making sure what we build actually solves the right problem.
