CX16A is a Group to Train Experienced and Inexperienced Traders to acheive financial freedom. Traders with experience but unsatisfactory results are encouraged to participate in the exercise. Strated with an initial 50 members and participation in this group does not require any payment or subscription. The requirements are: -a participant to be above 18 years of age, -committed to complete the assignments -demonstrates a degree of personal accountability -acknowledgement/acceptance that growth can at times come with pain. Upon completion each participant will have an unique "Investment Avatar" based on their needs and "state" that they are in when the complete the Workshop. The aim is to help most people to experience transformation from bad experiences/inexperience to sound knowledge and understanding of their Money Blue Print (MBP) and working around that MBP to acheive financial freedom. All interactions and communications are via email and social media. All investments are to be managed and decided by the participant themselves. Participants can book calls if they need to speak to someone experienced and can help them. Designing the entire workshop module and education process. Evaluate if highly targetted audiance are only available when substantial fees are charged and offering the course for free brings a moral harzard in the conduct of participants and learning outcomes.
