My earlier role as an Innovation Consultant within TCS Corporate Research and Innovation involved transforming cybersecurity and computing systems research into tangible industry solutions. With over three years in this role, I've championed the creation of IP-based products, leveraging machine learning algorithms and information security analysis to address pressing industry challenges. The synergy between our research teams and business units has been pivotal in contextualizing innovations for diverse verticals. Our team has excelled in facilitating workshops and developing thought leadership that aligns with strategic research themes. Led a small team of 10 people to develop an iOS app for sports marketing for a major sports brand in Europe.
Activities: Requirements gathering, Effort estimation, Development of iOS applications. 1) Developed a Point of sales solution with many modules including payments for a major Indian retail brand. 2) Developed an IOS app that empowers sales personnel of a retailer to increase their customer touchpoints and improve customer experience.
Developed the payments and reports modules of Finacle core banking solution. Implemented this solution across multiple banks across Africa.
