Lead the Data team to implement global centralized ERP platform(S/4 Hana) and to facilitate Data extraction, Data validation, Data transformation/ enrichment , Data migration to target S/4 Hana from various SAP and Non-SAP regional ERP’s using SAP Data Services(BODS), Syniti ADM, SAP LTMC(Migration Cockpit), LSMW effectively
-> undertook a project to evaluate the quality of data of the Customer, Vendor and Material data objects. ->This data is stored across four regional SAP ECC systems with transactional data stored in a central SAP Business Warehouse system. ->The project will create data quality analytics on a newly deployed SAP Data Services, Information Steward and Business Objects BI platform providing users with a view of the data quality of Vendor and Material across a range of data quality metrics. -> Data is extracted from SAP ECC to an MS SQL database via SAP Data Services. Tables are extracted on a nightly basis. Large tables are extracted on a delta basis, otherwise a full table extract is taken. ->SAP Information Steward is used to run data quality rules against the extracted data and profiling analysis. ->A Data Quality Scorecard will provide Data Steward with the ability to visualize the data quality scores and to export the failed data out of the application. ->SAP Information Steward also writes the failed records back to the MS SQL database to the ‘Failed Data’ schema where it can be analyzed independently using database or BI tools. ->Data Services is used to perform matching on the extracted data from SAP, for duplication analysis. ->Extensively used Data Services Management Console to schedule and execute jobs. ->Handling another unique and new project i.e., Integration of Webservices and SAP Data Services and feeding data to Webservices through REST Adapter from SAP to SQL Server staging to Webservices system in json format using SAP Data Services. ->Created REST Adapter, WADL structure file, Webservices REST adapter datastore in SAP Data Services. ->developed jobs to extract SAP Master data, staged it on SQL Server db, nested it and sending a data package to Webservices in json format. ->Worked on setup of ODBC connection from SAP Data Services to Microsoft Azure cloud platform and data feed through SAP Data Services to Datalakes in Azure cloud.
