• Transitioned the IT Core banking applications from Spanish organization Sabis IT to TSB in house within a period of 6 months • Had Setup new platform teams to support change and run the bank activities which had been a great success in the last one year. • Manages seven critical data platforms including Fraud, Financial Crime, Credit Risk, Mortgages and SAP • Delivered critical upgrade programs and transformational activities within Non plastic fraud domain including improved sim swap and better scoring models • Managing the Actimize upgrade for Financial crime program (CDD, SAM and WLF) while improving the overall architecture of the applications • Successfully delivered MSO and UFSS upgrades with no issues for the first time within the bank in the last 5 years • Managing the Experian PowerCurve upgrade and use the latest delphi score. • Consolidated SAP applications within TSB and migrating S4hana to the SAP Cloud • Had established a very strong RTB team to support all the above 7 platforms • Accountable Executive for several critical vendors like IRESS, Nice, Biocatch, etc • Holds full ownership of all funding and resources for the team and proactively identifying cost-saving opportunities
